What happens if the crew misses a week due to weather or holidays?
We work in all weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, and cold snaps. In the rare event we need to reschedule due to a severe weather emergency or holiday, we will notify you in advance and make up the visit as soon as possible, typically the next business day.
Do I need to be home when Doodie Crew comes?
No. The vast majority of our weekly customers are not home during their scheduled visit. We just need access to your yard through a gate code or unlocked gate. We text you a notification and a photo confirming the gate is secured when we are finished.
What do you do with the dog waste after you remove it?
We bag all collected pet waste and remove it from your yard. Waste is double-bagged and placed in your curbside trash bin. We never leave bags sitting in your yard, and all tools are disinfected with an organic kennel-grade solution between every yard.
Can I pause or cancel my weekly service if I go on vacation?
Absolutely. Log in to your client portal to pause, skip a visit, or cancel your service at any time. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through. You can restart whenever you are ready.
